  • Monitor and manage Windows Updates rated as critical, important and security related.
  • Monitor and manage hard drive space, CPU usage, uptime, connectivity and more.
  • Monitor covered computers and devices for connectivity, up/down status, performance, optimization and overall workstation needs.
  • Includes priority response time and support above non ProGAN Remote customers with unlimited remote connectivity and phone support during business hours.
