- Monitor and manage hard drive space, CPU usage, up-time, connectivity and more.
- Monitor covered computers and devices for connectivity, up/down status, performance, optimization and overall workstation needs.
- Includes priority response time unlimited remote connectivity and phone support during business hours.
- Covers any IT support needed at main site, including pickup and delivery with travel included during business hours.
- Flat rate for computer bench service performed in GAN office.
- New equipment initial on-site setup included.
