  • Works as liaison with your third-party vendors, manage updates, and seek resolutions with those vendors.
  • Perform upgrades and provide replacement of all devices covered under ProGAN Full-Service Management.
  • Provide NextGEN Security Suite to manage and detect viruses, malware, and intrusion with Ransomware protection.
  • Monitor and manage hard drive space, CPU usage, up-time, connectivity and more.
  • Monitor covered computers and devices for connectivity, up/down status, performance, optimization and overall workstation needs.
  • Includes priority response time unlimited remote connectivity and phone support during business hours.
  • Covers any IT support needed at main site, including pickup and delivery with travel included during business hours.
  • Flat rate for computer bench service performed in GAN office.
  • New equipment initial on-site setup included.
